Has anyone attended Davis Applied Technology College in Kaysville, Utah? Or Bridgerland in Logan, Utah?
What is your opinion of them? I’m considering either an Industrial Maintenance Program or an Automotive Technology program at either of these schools. If I choose one, it will be where I can get the cheapest apartment and also hopefully be able to find a job nearby while I attend.
BATC would work better then the DATC if they have the program you are looking into. Logan is much cheaper rent then around Kaysville and you should be able to find a job. There are lots of jobs for college kids in Logan. Also you can use the LTD (Logans bus system) for free. You can get just about anywhere on the bus.
Good luck

Attended Bridgerland in 1983. Marilyn Hansen was the head instructor. It was a business school. She was a big help to me. Wish I could have attended longer. I did go back to my cooking, but cooks have to order supplies and do inventory every week or month and make reports. We also have to make proper menus with well balanced meals. Wish I knew how to tell Marilyn that. Typing and knowing how to use a computer has been a huge help to me. Iris Seyfried
