I need an affordable one not expensive but can scan all makes foreign and domestic also can diagnose all the problems like engine, transmission ..etc. basically can does everything for auto repair shop.

Snap-On Solus is great it can do everything on foriegn and domestics. And its relatively cheap compared to others.
