'69 Impala is neither a classic or an antique.
I think vintage might be the term to use...
References :
1st off a '69 is not an 'antique' car. It is a classic car. Antique would be model T, model A, pre war cars and maybe up to the late 40's

For your parts for a 69 impala

Year one
Paddock parts
NPD - National Parts Depot
Impala bobs
Classic Industries

Rock auto
Northern auto parts
Summit racing
Jegs
JC Whitney
competition products

Alot of things can still be bought from GM parts dealer or GM parts direct

Same goes for local auto parts stores like auto zone, advance auto, napa, car quest, etc carries all your brake parts, tune up parts, filters, etc etc

Then you also have Ebay motors, and cragislist for used parts along with local swap meets at car shows
References :
You would be amazed what you can find on Ebay.
I found a brand new alternator for my car which retails for almost $200 in the stores for around $110.
