		<description>I'm from the USA so I'm not sure of the laws in Canada, but here the only restriction would be that they need to be housed inside a building if they don't run.  To drive them, they would need to be licensed and insured. Other than that, I wouldn't think there would be any special permits to have a collection of antique vehicles.
