Speaking only for myself but I listen to music and remember the past loves. If you are truly over them you can gain strength from the memories..good and bad…..and sometimes it’s ok to think about the ones you want back. Love doesn’t happen everday and it’s a great escape back to a “safer” time. The past is the one thing that can’t hurt you unless you let it.
