lol omg I was in … lol omg I was in 3rd grade when this cut came out. Who of thought back in the 80s on some songs you don’t appreciate as much when your a kid. But 80s is where it was at.
Sorry my bad, didn´ … Sorry my bad, didn´t read the other post. Yes, you are right, Deftones made a cover of this song which turned out good but never like the original.
Speaking only for … Speaking only for myself but I listen to music and remember the past loves. If you are truly over them you can gain strength from the memories..good and bad…..and sometimes it’s ok to think about the ones you want back. Love doesn’t happen everday and it’s a great escape back to a “safer” time. The past is the one thing that can’t hurt you unless you let it.
One thing is for … One thing is for clear. The eighties produced some amazing memories and amazing music to boot. Honestly folks, today’s music just downright sucks!!
She was a beautiful … She was a beautiful young thing & one day she left me & even though older than her I felt lost, totally empty without her and went to a bar to dry out my pain & this song was being played. My heart just broke thinking who would have her that night……She later came back to me & we were lovers for some time & then one day she left and never saw Her ever again
Who´s gonna pick her up…
Who´s gonna drive her home tonight ?
Cried many months with a broken heart… until I finally moved on

A song that …
A song that everyone can truly relate to one way or another…Everyone who has loved and lost.
