		<description>Yes, individual states have differing rules on how many miles you can accumulate a year on a car that is registered with classic/antique/historic vehicle license plates. If you don't register the car as a classic or antique, you can put as many miles on it as you want.

By the way, classic car insurance policies for those vehicles also have restrictions on how many miles the car can be driven in a month or year. If you buy regular vehicle insurance for an antique car, you can drive as much as you want. But they will only cover the vehicle for the current used car value of the car, which may be less than the car is actually worth based on the fact that it is a classic or collector car.
